AndalusianCrush was introduced on September 23, 2024 as part of the “Andalusian Crush Quest” promotion. It features the face of “CRUSH,” a Twitch‑created VTuber‑style avatar of a quirky cartoon cat, designed to serve as the ambassador of Andalusia in a special Minecraft stream event. The emote was first unveiled by the Government of Andalusia (@AndaluciaJunta) to kick off the quest.

This emote launched alongside the inaugural stream of the Andalusian Crush Quest—where five creators (@illojuan, @spoksponha, @mangelrogel, @ChiclanaFriends and @andres_alguacil) explored a custom Minecraft map of Andalusia.
